Achieving Food Hygiene Rating Level 5 Training Course

Price: Only £17.50 + VAT

The Food Standards Agency’s National Food Hygiene Rating Scheme has run since December 2008 and now covers every area of Wales and Northern Ireland and 99% of England. Your rating is the score on the green and black sticker in the window and on the FSA website, so it shapes how people judge your business before they even walk in.

A business that is broadly compliant with food law and manages its food safety risks earns a rating of three. Manage those risks well and you reach a four or a five. A serious lapse in any one area can pull the whole score down. This course explains how the scheme works, what the scoring criteria are and how inspectors assess them, how to appeal a rating, the Safer Food, Better Business system, E. coli, and the practical steps that help your premises earn the best score possible.
